From the supply side, environmental protection is becoming stricter, and it is expected to accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity of PCB chemicals.
After years of development of domestic PCB chemicals, product quality has gradually shortened the distance from foreign chemicals, but high-end products are still monopolized by European, American and Japanese Koreans. We believe that materials with low technical barriers such as epoxy resin, wet electronic chemicals, and some photoinitiators and inks are gradually localized, but there are waste water, waste gas, waste residue and noise pollution in the production of PCB electronic chemicals. Taking epoxy resin as an example, a large amount of wastewater with high salinity and high organic content will be produced during the production of epoxy resin. The pollutants mainly include epichlorohydrin, volatile phenol, benzene, toluene, etc., salt content 5-14 %, organic pollutant content of up to 50000mg / L. The discharged atmospheric pollutants also include toluene, xylene, and epichlorohydrin. Due to many environmental problems in the production process of PCB electronic chemicals, the environmental protection will accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity and help the price of products rise. Leading companies are expected to benefit first.

At present, from the demand side, driven by factors such as increased demand for automotive electronics, the global PCB market has grown steadily, and the domestic PCB market has grown faster than the global market. From the supply side, the environmental protection is becoming stricter, and the backward production capacity of PCB electronic chemicals is facing elimination. The domestic PCB electronic chemicals industry is expected to be further concentrated in large factories, and domestic leading enterprises will benefit first.
